THIS INDENTURE, made this 28th day of March
1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed
pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred `
to as "Grantor"), and William L. Cleveland and Edith C. Cleveland,
his wife,
whose post office address is 9900 N. E. Ocean Blvd. Apt 508, Oceana
Oceanfront Condominium II, Hu~chinso~ Island, Jensen Beach, Florida
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee 33457

_ That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of -
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it
in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged,-has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, and the
Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real
property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach,

z ~ appurtenant to such Unit-and all other appurtenances
to such Unit as set forth in the Declaration of
Condominium.
Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,
hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with
all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and
contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
limited. to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common ~
Expenses. (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes)' which may be levied against the
above-described unit.
This conveyance is made subject to the following:

1. Real Estate taxes-for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning and other governmental regulations and,

ordinances, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth
and ~,ontained in the Declaration of Condominium and all instruments
