On this 25th day of March, 1980, before me an officer
duly authorized in the County and State aforesaid to take ac-
knowledgments, personally appeared CARL E. KRAUS and RICHARD L.
PLEVINSRY, respectively, the Vice-President and Assistant
Secretary of Radnor/Oceans South Corporation, a corporation
existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, to me known
to be the individuals and officers of said corporation described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and that they
severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free
act and deed as such officers thereunto, duly authorized, and
that the said instrument is the act and deed of said corporation
as partner of Radnor/Oceans South Partnership, a Florida general
partnership.
