NOTICE is hereby given that JOSEPH SANTORO, has instituted suit
in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida, petitioning therein for Declaratory Judgment of
the Court to quiet the title in the petitioner as to the following described
property, to-wit: - .
Commencing at the SW corner of the SEA of SEA of Section l7,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run North _534.69 feet,
to the point of beginning; from said point-of beginning run
East 151.6 feet to the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway
ail, thence 6outheasterly along said West right-of-way line a
distance of 175 feet; thence West and parallel with the Section
line a distance of 1550 feet, more or less, to the West line
of the SW~ of the SEA of said Section 17, thence North along
- said West line to a point which is due West of the Point of
Beginning; thence East 1320 feet, more or less, to the Point
of Beginning. _
