T0: Heirs of CARMELLA SANTORO, deceased; if said heirs are living,
and if arty or all of heirs are deceased, the unknown spouse,
_ ~ heirs, devisees, .grantees, creditors, lfenors or other parties
claiming by, through, under or a~yainst arty such deceased heirs,
if alive, and if dead, their unknown spouse, heirs, devisees,
legatees, creditors, lienors or other parties claiming by,
through, under, or against any such deceased heirs, and all
parties having or claiming to have any right, title; or interest
in and to the property described in the complaint, to-wit:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SEA of SEA of Section 17,
Township 34 South; Range 40 East, ruri North 534.69 feet,
to the point of beginning;'from said Point of Beginning run
East 151.6 feet to the West right-of-way line of U.S. Highway
#1, thence Southeasterly along said West right-of-way line a
distance of 175 feet; thence West and parallel with the Section
line a distance of 1550 feet, more or less, to the West line
of the SW~. of the SEA of said Section 17, thence North along
said West line to a point which is due West of the Point of
- Beginning; thence East 1320 feet, more or less, to the Point
of Beginning.
Pursuant to F. S. 49.08 and 49.04 and Form 1.920 Florida Rples
of Court Procedure,youu are notified that an action to quiet the title-in
the petitioner in and to hereinbefore described property situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida-by a Declaratory Judgment has been filed against
you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any,
to it on CHARLES WM. STONE, Attorney for Plaintiff, 328 South Second Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, on or before the _7~ day of
1980; and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either befo service
on petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default
will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
