The Settlement Stipu- lation provides for this Condominium to be served by certain .facilities of High Point of Fort Pierce Condominium Section 1 and the Protective Covenants provides for certain land use covenants upon the land areas described therein (including, but not limited to, portions of the land areas included within this ' _ Condominium) and provides for certain drainage easements and other ease- ments aad rights including, but not limited to, the "Roadway Easement", - "Sewage System Rights", "Water System Rights" - and "Future Development' Property Drainage Easement', all as are more particularly described .therein, all in addition to the other matters set forth in the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants, which other.• matters inc?tide, but ara ndt limited to, the obligation to pay -certain "Assessments" as are respectively set forth in the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants. .Grantee expressly acknowl- edges and assumes the obligation to pay the amounts assessed against the Apartment under both the Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants and acknowledges that "Assessments" under both the- Settlement Stipulation and Protective Covenants against all properties now or hereafter included within f • Subject to that certain first-mortgage from the Grantees hereof to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated March 17, 1980, recorded ;n O.R.
