Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28,-1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation to him paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on

as recorded in Official Records Book 327, Page 2576, and as
amended in Official Records Book 327, Page 2640, all in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the -lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
