For value received, the undersigned, jointly and severally, promise to pay in lawful money of
the United States of America. Lo the order of N4ERICAN BANK OF MARTIN COUNTY, Stuart, Florida,
the principal sum of Forty Seven Zhousand and 00/100ths--------------------------------------
DOL!_ARS, together with interest from date at the rate of 15.00 per centum per annum on the
unpaid balance until paid, said principal and interest to be repaid as follows:
Payable in 59 consecutive monthly installments of s 618.89 ,including interest,

of each succeeding month thereafter until the 30th day of March 19 85 ,
when the entire unpaid balance, plus accrued interest shall ecome due and payab e.
In case any of said installments are not paid within ~ days after. the same become due and

at the option of the holder of this note.
We, the makers, sureties, endorsers and guarantors of this note, hereby severally ~raive pre-
sentment for payment, notice of non-payment, protest and. notice of protest, and diligence of
bringing suit against any party hereto, and consent that time of payment ray .be extended with-
out notice thereof to any of the sureties of this note.

maker, surety or endorser of this note, hereby agree to pay all costs of collection, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, whether suit be brought or not.
Thl' holder hereof is hereby expressly authorized to retain any general or special deposit,
collateral, real or personal security, or the proceeds thereof, belonging to either of us, new
or hereafter in the possession of the holder during the time this note remains unpaid, and be-
fore or after maturity hereof may apply the same to this or any other debt or liabilities of
either of us to said holder, due or to become due.
