CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a
Florida banking. corporation, dated December~28, 1978, and recorded
in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081 through 2097, inclusive,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable
consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby on this 27th day of March 1980, releases from
the lien of that mortgage, the real property-in that County described
as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of ~Jmit
No. 822 and an undivided 1/47 share in those
common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, conditions,
restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS
CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Record
Book 327, page 2576, and as amended in Official
Record Book 327, page 2640, all in the public
•records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on_the remaining part
of the property described in that mortgage.
