All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the City of
Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida, bounded and described
as follows:
A parcel of land lying in Government Lot 1, Section 22, and
Government Lot-4, Section 23, Township 37 South, Range 40 East,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 22, Run South
00 degrees, 14 minutes, 07 seconds East along the East line of
said Section 22, for a distance of 1293.19 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the parcel of land herein described; Thence South
83 degrees 32 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 133 feet;
thence North 68 degrees 2? minutes 07 seconds nest a.distance of
177 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue North 68 degrees
27 minutes, 07 seconds West a distance of l0 feet more of less

concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 105 feet, a chord
bearing South 52 degrees, 23 minutes, 28 seconds East for a
chord distance of 34.93 feet; thence Southeasterly a distance of
35.09 feet being along the arc of said curve through a central
angle of 19 degrees, 09 minutes, O1 seconds; thence South 28
degrees, 02 minutes, O1 seconds West along a line radial to said
curve a distanceof 70.25 feet to Point "B"; thence South 00
degrees, 14 minutes, 07 seconds East parallel witi any 8 feet
Easterly of the 'East line of said Section 22, for a distance of
307.5 feet to an iron pin; thence continue South.00 degrees, 14
minutes, 07 seconds, East a distance of 10 feet more of less to
the mean high water of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River;
thence Westerly 210 feet more or less, Northwesterly 240 feet
more or less and Northerly 273 feet more or less following the
meanders of said mean high water to the aforementioned Point

Together with all water and water rights connected with or
appertaining to said lands, and containing 3 acres, more or
