SECOND AI~NDMENT
TO
OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND
DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, IiUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a
Florida limited partnership, is developing certain lands in
St. Lucie County, Florida and has placed celrtain Covenants and
Restrictions of record to benefit, burden and run with the
aforesaid lands, which Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
is recorded in Official Record Book 241, page 485, and the
First Amendment thereto is recorded in Official Record Book 319,
page 2790, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, the said IiUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
now wishing to amend said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions
as hereinafter set forth which amendments:
(a) shall apply to all lands to which said
Covenants and Restrictions are made
applicable and
(b) were duly adopted at a special meeting of
the directors of the OCEAN VILLAGE PROPERTY
- Oit1NERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. held on March 6,
1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions recorded in official Record Book 241, page 485,

amended as follows:
