THIS CAUSE came on to.be heard upon the Petition of HARRY
R. COVINGTON by his attorney praying for an ORDER authorizing
the filing and recording of foreign probate proceedings in the
estate of NELLIE H. COVINGTON, deceased; and it appearing from
said Petition and the copy of proceedings attached thereto,
that the same are properly exemplified and are entitled to filing
and recording in the Probate Court of St. Lucie County.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the exemplified copies of -
the probate proceedings of NELLIE H. COVINGTON from the General
Court of Justice, Superior Court Division, County of Buncombe,
State of North Carolina, be filed and recorded in the Probate
Division of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
