the incompetent is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
8. On or about March 12, 1980, the incompetent was ad-
' mitted for treatment to the Veterans Administration Hospital in Miami,
Florida, and is presently still a patient in said hospital.

sui juris and otherwise qualified under the laws of Florida to act

§ as guardian of the person and property of the incompetent, and is

~ entitled to preference because she ds the daughter of the incompetent.
~ 10. Reasonable search has been made, and any of the
information required by Florida law and the applicable Florida Rules
Of Probate And Guardianship Procedure that is not set forth in full
above cannot be ascertained without delay that would adversely affect
the incompetent or the incompetent's property.
