LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ANGEL JOHN STEPHAN, of the County of New Castle
and State of Delaware do hereby make publish and declare the
following to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking
any and all others Willa or Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife,
Agnes O. Stephan, the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00)
absolutely and forever.
r, THIRD: I give and bequeath unto my brother,
Anthanasios John Stephanie of Mytilene, Plomarion, Greece,
the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) absolutely and

SIXTH: I give and bequeath unto my sister, Victoria
