EIGHTH:, I give and bequeath unto my brother, Peter

NINTH: I give and bequeath unto my brother, Harry
John Stephan, of Wilmington, Delaware, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($500.00) absolutely and forever. .
TENTH: I give and bequeath unto my brother, the said
Peter John Stephan, the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00)
to be held by him in trust, nevertheless for the use- and
benefit of my nephew, John Athanasios Stephanie, until such
time as the said John Athanasios Stephanie shall have attained
the age of twenty-five years, at which time this trust shall ,

terminate and I. direct my said trustee to pay over the prin-
ciple and accumulated income of this said trust unto the

said John Athanasios Stephanie, free of all trusts, absolutely

In the event the said John Athanasios Stephanie
shall have predeceased me or shall have died pr-ior to the
time he shall have attained the age of .twenty-five years,

Stephanie the balance of the principle and accumulated income

shall have predeceased me or shall have died prior to the time
