he shall have attained the age of twenty-five years leaving
no male issue to survive him, then in that event, upon the
termination of the said trust, as aforesaid, I direct my said
trustee to pay over the principle and accumulated income of
the said trust unto those of my brothers who do survive me
free and clear of all .trust in equal shares, absolutely and
forever.
ELEVENTH: All the rest, residue, and remainder of
my estate, real, personal or mixed, of whatever kind and ~
wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and

bequeath unto my brother, Peter John Stephan, to be held by,
him in trust nevertheless, for the use and benefit of my
beloved wife, Agnes O. Stephan, for andduring the term of
her natural life and upon the following terms and conditions:
During the term of this trust I direct my said
trustee to pay over to my said wife the sum of Sixty Dollars

Stephan and Harry John Stephan free and clear of all trust,,
in equal shares, absolutely and forever.
TWELFTH: In the event my said wife shall have ;
predeceased me then that share of my estate as afor-esaid to
