TIzinTEENTH: In the event my said wife and my
brothers, Peter John Stephan and Harry John Stephan,shall
have predeceased me, then all the rest, residue and remainder ~

of my estate, as aforesaid, I give, devise and bequeath unto ~ i

FOURTEENTH: In the event my said wife and my
brothers, Peter John Stephan. Harry John Stephan and Athanaeios
John Stephanis shall all have predeceased me then all of the

rest, residue and remainder of my estate as aforesaid, I give,
devise and bequeath unto my nephew, Irlichael John Stephanis,
absolutely and forever-.

FIFTEENTH: I direct that:

a. If at any time or times during the continuance
of any trust created in this my Will, my Trustee, in. its sole
~ ~ discretion, shall consider that the funds payable therefrom
unto or for the benefit of any beneficiary of such trust,
together with the funds available to such. beneficiary from
other sources, are insufficient to provide properly for the
essential needs - such as food, clothdng, education, shelter
and illness expenses - of,such beneficiary and his or her
dependents, I authorize and empower my Trustee to pay over
or apply eo~much of the principle of any part~or the whole
of the trust from which such beneficiary may then be receiving
payments or the benefit thereof, in such manner and to such
extent as my Trustee, in its sole~di-scretion,~shall deem to
be necessary to meet such essential needs of such beneficiary
