The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticate
copy of the Last Will and Testament of Angel John Stephan,
Deceased having been duly admitted-to probate and recorded
. in the -registrar's office in Newcastle County,State of Delawar
a Court off=probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that th
Will of the decedent complies with the laws of Florida as to
form and execution and that it devises .real property located
in this county owned by the decedent at the time of his
death; said property described as: Lots 22,23,24 and 25 of
Block 1 and Lots 24 and 25 of Block 2, Wagner Subdivision

according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9 at
Page 74 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida and
the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,
the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to
probate in the proper court of the domicilliary estate have
'been filed herein by the Petition, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and
Testament of Angel John Stephan, Deceased is admitted to
ti
probate according to law as and for the Last Will and Testamen
of the decedent.
