ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause came on to be heard on March 21, 1980 upon
Motion for Order of Contempt for the Husband's failure to pay
attorney's fees to Wife's counsel of record, and the Court having
heard testimony and being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband i,s in arrears in his payments to counsel
of record for the Wife for fees and cysts in the. sum of $439. -
2. The Husband is fo o be in contempt of Court and
may purge himself by payi ~u~ of $50 per month, commencing

~ April 11, 1980 and the day of each month thereafter until
the full am t of attorney's fees and costs in the sum of $439 is

paid in full.
3. The imposition of any sentence will be withheld
pending payments by the Husband as hereinabove set out. In the
event the Husband fails to make any of the monthly payments, counsel
of record for the Wife may file an affidavit with the Court for the
imposition of a penalty for the Husband's failure to comply with
this Order.
