ORDER.OF CONTEMPT

This cause came on to be heard on March 21,.1980 upon
Motion for Order of Contempt for the Husband's failure.to pay
attorney's fees to Wife's counsel of record, and the Court having
heard testimony and being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. Thee Husband is in arrears in his payments to Errol
S. Willes, Esquire, on attorney's fees in the amount of $500 and
costs in the amount of $84.50.
2. That the Husband is found to be in contempt of Court
and may purge himself by paying the sum of $50 per month, commencing
April 11, 1980 and on the 11th day of each month thereafter until
the full amount of attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $584.50
is paid in full.
3. The imposition of any sentence will be withheld pending
payments by the Husband as hereinabove set out. In the event-the
Husband fails to make any of the monthly payments, counsel .of record
for the Wife~may file an affidavit with the Court for the imposition
of a penalty for the Husband's failure to comply with this Order.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 3~ day of April,
