THIS CAUSE COMING. on this day to be heard upon a Motion for
Amendment of this court's Judgment entered on the 28th day of February, -
1980, said Motion being made by both the Plaintiffs and Defendants,

and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
IT IS THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDE~p AND ADJUDGED as follows: 3

1. That Pararaph 5 of this Court's Judgment of February 28, -
"s
1980 is hereby amended to reflect that the sum of $487.-00 shall_be paid
by the Plaintiff,Division of Administration, State of Florida, Department
- -
of Transportation to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for deposit into -
the Registry of this Court. From said deposit the Clerk shall pay to s
I
~ Spencer B. Gilbert, Attorney for Defendants, Charles J. Baker, Jr. and
Kathleen T. Baker, the sum of $400.00 and retain the balance of S87.00 -
to cover pending judgments and fees. -
2. In all other respects the Judgment of February 28, 1980 is
hereby confirmed.
