This cause came on for hearing on the Motion to Tax }
Costs and Assess Attorneys Fees filed by the Defendant -
JOHN H. NOELKE, Owner of Parcel 114 and counsel for Plain-
tiff having voiced no objection to any of-the cost items set
forth in said motion, and~the Court having considered evi-
dence offered by both parties as to attorney's fees and the
Court having considered argument by counsel, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
Ij 1. Costs in the amount of $1,980.92 are hereby assessed
in favor of the Defendant and against the Plaintiff.

hereby assessed 'in favor of the Defendant and against the
