SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER ASSESSING COSTS 4~;~~
This cause was presented to the Court for entry of a
supplemental order taxing costs and it appearing to the Court.
that the Court reserved ruling on engineering expenses in-
curred by the owner of Parcel 101 to the firm of Rimbley-Horn
and Associates in the amount of $8,435.96, and the Plaintiff -
having advised the Court by letter that is has no further
questions concerning the testimony of Mr. James Zook of
Kimbley-Horn and Associates, and the Court being fully ad-
wised in the premises, it is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the additional costs in the
j amount of $8,435.96 are hereby assessed in favor of the Defen-
~ dants, O. WAYNE ROLLINS, et al, and against the Plaintiff,
f DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF
ADMIIJISZRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
shall forthwith deposit in the registry of this Court the.sum
of $8,435.96 as set forth above, and the Clerk, without fur-
they order of this Court, shall disburse the same to counsel
for the defendants, NEILL GRIFFIN JEFFRIES & LLOYD, CHARTERED.
