TIiIS CAUSE-came on to be heard on March 10, 1980, for
the purpose of assessing attorney's fees and costs. All parties
were represented before the Court by their respective counsel.
After hearing argument. of the parties and being otherwise fully
informed in the premises, it is
ORDERED AtJD ADJUDGED as follows:
1) Plaintiff may recover from Defendant Gorham attorney's
fees in the amount of 12~; of the amount of the plaintiff's
recovery, 523,358.64, for an attorney's fee of 52,919.83..
2) The Plaintiff may recover from Defendant the following
