of PRUDENTIAL PROPERTY AND CASUALTY COMPANY, to limit
the judgment in this case, and the Court having heard
argument of counsel, and also pursuant to the Verdict
Tendered in this action, it is
ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs, FRED C. THOMAS and NORMA '
THOMAS, his wife, take nothing by this action against '
the Defendant, PRUDENTIAL PROPERTY AND CASUALTY COMPANY,
and that Defendant, PRUDENTIAL PROPERTY AND CASUALTY
COMPANY, go hence without day.
