ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon plaintiff's Motion for
Final Judgment and Garnishment, the defendant, having filed a
Motion Denying Garnishment and a Motion to Dismiss and Vacate Writ
of Garnishment and the court having heard the argument of counsel
for the plaintiff and defendant, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Writ of Granishment served upon FORT PIERCE JIM, INC.,
j as garnishee be and-the same is hereby dissolved.

~ 2. The $10.00 deposited into the Registry of the Court shall

be disbursed to Alan J. Pollock, Esq., of 1215 East Hillsboro

Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33441, as Attorney for the
garnishee. i
