THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 27th day of March,
1980, upon the Motion concerning the failure of the Defendants -
to remove certain furnishings in the garage of the premises
involved with this foreclosure, and the Defendants having
indicated to the Court that-they have no objections if the
remaining furnishings in the garage are thrown away, it is
upon consideration
ORDERED AND-ADJUDGED that the FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE
be authorized to dispose of any of the furnishings or -items
in the garage on the premises involved in this foreclosure
action and that a list or photograph of said items disposed

of be furnished to the Defendants, ROBERT P. POWELEIT and
CAROLE E. POWELEIT.
