ORDER RATIFYING ISSUANCE OF TAX WARRANTS
This cause came on to be heard on April 1, 1980, on the
Plaintiff's Petition for an Order-Ratifying the issuance of
Tax Warrants., and the 1978 Tangible Personal Property Roll
for St. Lucie County, Florida, having been presented and it
appearing to the Court-that all statutory requirements have
been met by the Plaintiff, and the Court being advised in the
premises, it~is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The St. Lucie County Tax Collector, or his
deputy, is directed to levy upon and seize so much of the
f tangible personal property of the below named taxpayers as is
necessary to satisfy the unpaid Tangible Personal Property Tax
together with costs, interest at the rate of 1 1/290 per month
on the base tax amount, and attorney's fees:
