3. That FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF i
MARTIN COUNTY and FIRST FBDBRAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF BROWARD
COUNTY, are entitled to a Judgment against ISLAND PARTNERS, a partner-
ship, ISLAND PARTNBRS, INC., TERRY HARRIDAN, BDWARD VILLADONGA and
LAWRENCE C. GABRIELB, for their attorneys' fees and costs in defending
this suit-and in prosecuting its Third-Party claim..

JUDGMENT -
IT IS ADJUDGBD:
1. That the Plaintiff, RROLL REALTY, INC., receive from the
Defendants, ISLAND PARTNERS, a partnership, ISLAND PARTNERS, INC., TERRY
HARRIDAN, EDWARD VILLADONGA and LAWRBNCB C. GABRIELE, the sum of $!O T .
for which let execution issue. The Court reserves jurisdiction to tax
costs at a later date.
2. That the Plaintiff, KROLL REALTY, INC., take nothing by
this action against the Defendants, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIAATION OF MARTIN COUNTY and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF BROWARD COUNTY, and that these Defendants go hence without day.
3. That the Third-Party Plaintiffs, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF MARTIN COUNTY and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF BROfiARD COUNTY, recover from the Third-Party Defendants,

j ISLAND PARTNERS, a partnership, ISLAND PARTNERS, INC., TERRY HARRIDAN,
EDWARD VILLADONGA and LAWRENCE C. GABRIELE, the sum of $ GO.~Z~, as
~ its attorneys' fees in defending this action, for which let execution
issue. The Court reserves 3urisdiction to rule on the amount of costs
to be taxed against the Third-Party Defendants at a later date.
