16. When any amount of money to be paid by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee tinder the terms hereof shall be in default, or
should the Mortgagor default in any of the terms, provisions or coaditlotu of this Mortgage. then and in t~T-tat case the Mortgagee
shall have the right, without aotke to the Mortgagor; to collect and meive from any tenant or lessee of aid mortgaged premises
the rents, iaud and profits of the real sate hereby mo:tgaged and the Impwvemena thereon. and to give proper receipts sr?d
aequitgnces therefor. and Jter paying all commissions of any rental agent colleatag the same. and any reasonabk attorney's
lets and other necesary expenses incurred in collecttrtg same, to apply the proceeds of such collections upon any indebtedness,
obligation or UabUlty. of the Mortgagor hereunder. The right granted the Mortgagee under this paragraph shall be in addition to,
and shall not Unit or ratrkt soy other right or rights granted the Mortgagee is this Mortgage.
27. That lA the event that thb Mortgage b given to secure a construcNoa loan, failure oa the part of the Mortgagor or the

19. IT IS MUTUALLY CONVENANTED AND AGREED by and bettreen the parties hereto that upon request of the }
Mortgagor. the Mortgagee may hereafter, at it opdon, at snytime within ten (20) year: from the date hereof and before full pay
