Commencing at a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Block S, Ocean View
Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61 Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, run I~'orthwesterly 228.18 feet along West right-of-way line of
Granada Street to a point on the Range Line or reference line set forth on survey of
W.J. Schoepfer, R.L.S. dated May 10, 1978. Then on a deflection angle to the left of
72 degrees 18 minutes nm Westerly along said Range Line 68.43 feet to a point'on the
exterior surface of fence; thence turn and run Northerly on a back angle of 90 degrees
turned to the left along exterior surface of fence 16.66 feet more or less to the Point
~ of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning continue Northerly along exterior surfaces ?
of wall and fence 33 feet more or less to a point on the exterior corner of fence; turn
~ thence and run Westerly on a back angle of 90 degrees turned to the right along exterior
surfaces of fence and building wall 33.33 feet more or less to a point at the end of
said wall; turn thence and run Southerly on a back angle of 90 degrees turned to the
right along exterior surface of building wall 16.67 feet to a point; turn thence and
run Easterly en a back angle of 90 degrees turned to the right a distance of 0.33 feet -
more or less to the center of party wall; turn thence and run Southerly on a back angle
of 9D•degrees turned to the left along center line of party wall 16.33. feet more or
less to the center line of East/West party wall; turn thence and nai Easterly on a
back angle of 90 degrees turned to the right along center line of party wall 33 feet
more or less to the Point of Beginning.
