County, Florida.
Subject to a mortgage in the amount of $28,000.00 given by Johnnie M. Rodgers
and Betty Sue Rodgers, his wife, to Citizens. Federal Savings and Loan Association
of St. Lucie County, dated May 18, 1976, filed May 21, 1976, in 0. R. Book 252,
page 2059, of~the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage
the grantees herein agree to assume and pay.
