Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared ~
GAY TIMON, who being duly sworn, says that she is the Secretary-
Treasurer of STUART PAINT & SUPPLY COI~ANY, INC., a Florida Cor-
poration, the Lienor herein, whose address is P. O. Box 67, Stuart,
Florida 33494, and that in pursuance of a contract with POINTS
SOUTH_BUILDERS, Lienor furnished labor, services or materials con-
sisting of building materials, hardware and other materials for
improvement of the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit: ;
Lot 16, Block 409, Port St. Lucie, Section 3,
according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat •
Book 12, Pages 13, 13A-13I, public records St.
Lucie County, Florida. f
Said property beinq owned at the time of contract by PETER P, and
CARMEL E. NAIAiO, and there remains unpaid for said labor, services,
or materials the sum of One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-One and
82/100 Dollars-($1,691.82), and that the Lienor furnished the first
of the said labor, services or materials on September 8, 1979, and
the last of same on November 19, 1979. The Lienor served its notice
to owners by United States Certified Mail on September 21, 1979.
This claim of Lien is filed incident to an affidavit of Peter P.
Naimo recorded in OP. Book 327 Page 2984 of the Public Records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida and served on lienor, Stuart Paint &
Supply, Inc., a Florida Corporation pursuant to Section 713.07(4),
Florida Statutes. By said affidavit, the affiant stated under oath
that his Notice of Recommencement had been filed on March 5, 1980
and that i:t had been recorded in OR Book 326 at Page 224, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Your lienor, Stuart Paint &
Supply, Inc., filed its initial claim of lien on the property
described above and in the amount above specified on January 7, 1980,
which claim of lien was duly recorded in OR Book 323 at Page 875.
Thereafter the initial claim of lien was served on Peter P. and
f Carmel E. Naimo by certified mail and receipted for by Peter P.
~ Naimo on January 14, 1980.
