PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS .INDENTURE, executed the ~ day of February ,

GEORGE R. ASHLEY, JR.,
as personal representative of the Estate of GEORGE R. ASHLEY,
deceased, Party of the First Part, and VILAS R. GREEN and CORINE
E. GREEN, his wife, 2408 Royal Palm Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 33450
Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H
Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the Cir-
cuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated ~11~•rC~ 1980,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and othex
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 4, Block 1, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, Second
Addition, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book _
14, page 2, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida .

[ TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

Part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with

in all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance, the
laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
