Commencing at the- SE corner of Section 35, thence run N 89°
55' 39" W along the South line of said Section 35, 41.85 feet
to the Northeasterly Right-of-Way line of U. S. Highway No.
1; thence N 27° 55' 31" W along said Northeasterly Right-of-
Way line, 2618.17 feet; thence N 62° 04' 29" E 110 feet to
the point of beginning of the following described parcel of
land; thence continue N 62° 04' 29" E 200 feet; thence S 27 °
55' 31" E 495 feet; thence N 62° 04' 29" E 158.11 feet; to
the point of curvature of a circular curve to the right,
having a radius of 1250 feet; thence~Northeastwardly 382.46
feet along the arc of said curve to the right through a
central angle of 17 ° 31' 50" , having a chord bearing of N 70 °
50' 24" E; thence N 10° 23' 41" W radial to the last men-
tioned curve 544.63 feet to a point on a circular curve to
the right having a radius of 1050 feet; thence Westwardly
335.05 feet along the arc of said curve to the right through
a central angle of 18° 16' S9", having a chord bearing of S
83° 29' 16" W to a point of reverse curvature with-a curve to
the left having a radius of 950 feet; thence westwardly .
506.62 feet along the arc of said curve to the left through a
central angle of 30° 33' 17", having a chord bearing of S 77°
21' 07" W, to the .point of tangency; thence S 62° 04' 29" W
80.13 feet to the point of curvature of a circular curve to
the left having a radius of 25 feet; thence Southwestwardly
39.27 feet along the arc of .said curve to the left through a
central angle of 90°, to'the point of tangency; thence S 27°
55' 31" E 195 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all of Grantor's right, title and interest in
and to that certain 195 foot access road easement as more
particularly set forth in that certain Easement Agreement
between General Development Corporation and Donald F.
Mallette, Trustee in Bankruptcy for Fort .Pierce General
Hospital Inc., a Bankrupt .Florida corporation, dated December
13, 1966 and recorded in Official Record Book 161, page 419
of the Public Record's of St. Lucie County, Florida.
