A tract of land in YACHT VIEW as per reallotttnent plat dated t
February 2,1959 and filed as a part of Deed recorded in Deed ~
Book 247 at Page 234 Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida
of the northermost 6 1/4 acres of that portion of Gov't Lot 3
1, Section 33, Township 34 Souty, Range 40 East lying East
of the F.E.C. Railroad and described as follows: Begin .
at a point in the East right of way line of the F.E.C.
Railroad 163.13 feet South of and at right ankles to the
North line of said Section 33 and thence run East parallel
to said north line of said Section 158.81 feet to a point of
beginning; thence turn and run South 119.57 feet to an agreement
line being 282.70 feet south of said north section line;
thence turn and run east along said agreement line 85 feet; thence
run North 118.71 feet; thence run West to point of beginning.
Together with joint use and joint obligation for maintenan~Q
of YACHT LAND and for joint use and joint maintenance of YACHT {
LANE extension east of Indian River Drive and for joint use
and joint obligation for maintenance of the dock facilities
east of YACHT LAND extension granting and reserving to the '
grantee hereunder the right to disclaim joint use-and obligation
of YACHT LANE extension and the dock facilities there adjacent {
and thereby relieve liabilities for the maintenance thereof.
Excepting from the tract or lot hereinabove conveyed an
easement to the County or assigns, over and to the North 5 feet
of the said tract conveyed, same reserved for grading and
drainage of said YACHT LANE. Excepting also easement of
public roads and utilities of record.
