Appeal to the District Court of Appeal., Fourth District of
Florida, to review the Order of the Circuit for St. Lucie

entered on the ?th day of Marc.3, 1980. The nature of the
Order appealed from is the Final Amended Order denying Plaintiffts
Motion to vacate or set aside Final Summary Jugement.
