This action came on for final hearing on April 7, 1980, upon{ ~
~_petition for dissolution of marriage,-and a default having been re-~
;gularly entered by the clerk of this court upon respondent's failure
~:to answer or otherwise plead, and constructive service having been
'obtained by publication, the court, having heard the testimony of
'.PHILIP WOLF, petitioner, and petitioner's witness, and being fully
f
- .advised, finds and determines: this court has jurisdiction of the
;.'parties and the subject matter of this action; that the relation
~of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be~'
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PHILIP
WOLF and KATHLEEN ELLEN WOLF be and the same is hereby dissolved,
+and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
i
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the -
_ _
obligations. arising therefrom.
- 2. PROPERTY. There is no personal or real property within
-the jurisdiction of this court to be divided between the parties.
