FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 7th ,day o_*' April,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject
matter of this suit. The relation of Husband and Wife now
exists between the parties and the marriage of said parties is '
irretrievably broken.
IT IS, THEREUPON, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between the Husband, FRANK R. CARPENTIER,
and the Wife, CHERYL CARPENTIER, be and the same is hereby dis-
solved and the parties are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. -
2. The Stipulation which has been introduced into evidence
is approved by the Court, and the parties are directed to comply
with its terms.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this day of April, 1980.
