This cause caste on for trial the 7th day of April. 1980, and the
Court~havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of .the parties and subject
isatter ~of this suit; that the relation of husband and Wife now exists ~
between the parties; and that the carriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RAYMOND LEE
HENDRIX and PATRICIA O. HBNDRIX be and the same is hereby dissolved and
the parties and each of they are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DENISE RENAY HENDRIX and BARBARA ANN
HENDRIX, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to RAYMOND LEE
SENDRIX, Kith reasonable visitation.rights reserved to PATRICIA O. HENDRIX.
Custody of BRENDA LEE HENDRIX, minor child of the parties, is ,hereby
awarded to PATRICIA O. HBNDRIX, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to RAYMOND LEE HENDRIX.
3. PROPER'!''Y. There are .no property rights in dispute between the
parties.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained frown interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
S. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as racy be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in C2?ansbers, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this day of April, 1980.
