FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 7th day of April, 1980 and tfie
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject-
matter of this suits that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the partiest•and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between TOMMIE McGEE
and BARBARA ANN McGEE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The Marriage Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties.
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
4. FEES AND COSTS. Each party herein shall bear-their own
attorney's fees and costs in this action.
