NO. 80-114 FR IN RE: The Marriage of ) DAWN FAY BRAZIL, Wife, ) FINAL JUDGMENT AND ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE BENJAMIN RAY BRAZIL, Husband. ) This cause came on for trial this 7th day. of April, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: I. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of NATALIE ANN WILLIAMS, age 2, born January 10, 1978, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, DAWN FAY BRAZIL. 3. RESTORATION OF NAME: DAWN FAY BRAZIL be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of DAWN FAY WILLIAMS and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties 4 i hereto, is retained for_ the entry of such further orders as may be proper. S. PROPERTY: The above named parties both-agree that there is { no personal or real property to be divided.
