This cause came on for trial this 7th day of April,
19 8Q and the Court having given full consideration to all -the evidence,
find8 and determines: This-Court has jurisdiction of. the parties s?nd
subject=matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties;- and that the marriage between th@
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It-is

ORDgRED AND ADJiJDGED is follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: CATHY SUE DICUS be
and she is hereby authorized tc assume her former name of_ CATHY
SUE PROFITT and to use the same in-all respects as ff
said marriage had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to pe. divided.
