This cause came on for trial the 7th day of April 1980,

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. -DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the a?:o~~e F
named persons be and the same .is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them.and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of SNANNANDO RANDALL~, Age 3, born ~

December 27, 1976, and JOEL RANDALL, age 1, born May 9, 1978, ~

minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, ~
TAMMY SUE RANDALL.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.

4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
