Husband DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this 7th day of Aprii,
19 8q and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
' ORDERED AND ADJODGED its fO1lOWS ;
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGES The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF_NAME: FLORENCE JEAN DILLS be
and she is hereby authorized tc assume her former name of FLORENCE
JEAN FLIETH and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to pe_ divided.
