This cause came on for trial the 7th day of April,
19 80 , and the Court having given full consideration-to all the_
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be.
dissolved. It is thereupon -

ORDERED AND ADJUGDED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same~is hereby dissolved and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed-from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
E arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custod of LOUIS MARTIN ALTER a e 2

~ born December 23, 1977, is hereby awarded mutually to Petitioner,
JEFFREY S. ALTER, and Respondent,. REGINA D. ALTER.
3. PROPERTY. The Property Settlement Agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida,
this day of April 1980 .
