LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. 4~~ CIVIL ACTION CASE NO. 80-257 FR In re: The Marriage of ) PAULA ELIZABETH KOSBOB, Wife, ) FINAL JUDGMENT AND ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE JAMES CLARK KOSBOB, Husband ) This cause-came on for trial the 7th day of April, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the realtion of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is. irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of MICHAEL-JAMES KOSBOB, age 7, born March 17, 1973, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, PAULA ELIZABETH KOSBOB. 3. AGREEMENT: The Separation Agreement dated April 6, 1979 shall be incorporated but not merged in this Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and the Agreement shall survive the same and shall be forever binding and conclusive on the parties. 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. . .
