This cause cane on for trial the 7th day of April, 19 80, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and detereines:
This Court has jurisdiction of 'the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the carriage
between the parties is irretrievably-broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The carriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ever freed from the bonds of patrimony i?ei-etc~fote existing between them And from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ICEVII~T E[J~~ H[IDSON, age I3, born August 18, 1966,
and SHIRI~'Y JEAN HUDSON, age 12, born December 11, 1967, -
minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,-SHIRIE'Y B. HUD60N,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Petitioner, JAMES E, HUDSON.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the jl~day of April 19 80,
JAMS E. IiUDSON shall pay to SHIRLEY B. H[1DSON
the sou of ;400.00 ,per upnth ,for the support of the child(ren) named .
above.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
5. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided. ~/rn -
