This cause came on for trial the 7th day of April, 1980, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deter-
mines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subjec-t~matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRAIGE: The marriage between the above named
perso^s be 3n.i t1,P dame is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby-forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising-therefrom.
2. CUSTODY:. Custody of KAREL OTCENASEK, age 15, born December 30,
1964, and JAN OTCENASEK, age 9, born February 22, 1971, minor children of
the parties, is hereby awarded to ,Respondent, VLADIMINA R. OTCENASEK with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to Petitioner, KAREL T. OTCENASEK..
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 11th day of April, 1980, KAREL T.
OTCENASEK shall pay to VLADIMINA R. OTCENASEK, the sum of $240.00 per
month for the support of the children named above.
4. STIPULATION: The Stipulation admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
6. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that there. is no
real or personal property to be divided.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of April, 1 0, at Fort Pierce,
Florida.
