This cause came on for trial the 7th day of April l9 80, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter. of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marrisge between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ev~r freed from the burs of watriwoliy srstofors Axis±if?g between them and .from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. .CUSTODY. Custody of STACIE LEE TAI~EY, age~2, born February 25, 1977, and
VANESSA LYI~1 TALIEY, age 1, born March 6, 1979,
minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner, NANCY JEAN TALTE'Y,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, STEPfiErt J. TAIJBY.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the Ilthday of April 1880 ,
