FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came~on for trial the 7th day of April,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit, that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
.marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CAROLS ,

and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from-the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY.`-Custody of KARI MARIE RUTLAND, minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to CAROLS RUTLAND with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to KENNETH LLOYD RUTLAND. _

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of April, 1980,
- KENNETH LLOYD RUTLAND shall pay to CAROLS RUTLAND the sum of $30.00
each and every week, for the support of the child above named.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him promptly remitted to CAROLS RUTI.AND. In addition there

is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to ;

each payment mede to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered

to keep this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at
alI times while this order is in effect.
